As a seasoned marketing and design professional, I have honed my skills in establishing robust internal investment and branding tools, creating bespoke proposal templates, and developing eye-catching social media templates. My proficiency in various design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and Hubspot Marketing, allows me to bring my creative visions to life.

 

In addition to design expertise, I recently lead a brand redesign including comprehensive brand guidelines, deck templates, logos, and icons, along with a tailored brand strategy. My ability to think both creatively and strategically allows me to execute successful branding initiatives that resonate with audiences and drive results.

As a highly experienced sales operations and strategy professional, I have successfully implemented effective and streamlined systems that have significantly improved sales outcomes. With a strong focus on utilizing technology to increase efficiency, I fully adopted the use of Hubspot for my company, building out the CRM and integrating it with lead generation software to seamlessly load prospects into the CRM and sales sequence with the click of a button.

 

In addition to my CRM expertise, I created a brand new and automated sales outreach system that has saved my colleagues an average of 20 hours per week and improved our overall sales efficiency. My ability to think strategically and creatively has allowed me to develop solutions that not only optimize sales performance but also enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Past Experience

As a Marketing, Design, and Technology Lead at well-tech startup, Studio BE, I began my journey as an intern during the summer of 2020 and have since played a crucial role in transforming the company's sales and marketing structure. By implementing automation tools and training everyone on new technology, I have become the go-to person for fixing issues and implementing new ideas.

 

As I gradually shaped the branding and design of Studio BE, I helped it evolve into the successful company that it is today. My efforts were recognized when the company merged with FLORENS, and I was appointed the Lead of the entire brand redesign. Working closely with graphic designers, copy editors, and C-suite executives, I created a distinct, cutting-edge brand feel that would resonate with our target market.

The rebrand was met with 100% approval and was highly regarded during the rebrand meeting. Using the brand guidelines that I had created, I went on to design and implement all of the investor, marketing, and sales tools which include deck templates, email signatures, social media post templates, proposal templates, and much more.

With my expertise in marketing, design, and technology, I am confident in my ability to bring success to any project I undertake. I am excited to continue creating meaningful and impactful work in the future.
